Unfortunately, West Hartford Public Schools has cancelled this afternoon’s performance due to the weather forecast. While we are disappointed that we’re not able to perform for you, we’re grateful for your support of the orchestra program.
For those that pre-bought raffle tickets, we will plan to do a virtual raffle pull in the coming week or so and reach out to the winners via email. If you purchased merchandise, we will be in touch about finding a way to get it to you.
If you would like a refund for your admission ticket(s) please email solistiwh@gmail.com and we will refund your order through our ticketing system. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
